It has been able to connect effortlessly with our existing ERP system, CRM, and other software.Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping us make the most of the system. They've been there every step of the way, from initial setup and training to ongoing support and updates.

> The flexibility Aratum offers to me and the 100% satisfaction guarantee brings me confidence. But I think they need to work on the training more. Can be more hand-held with us. Or they might be afraid of occupying too much of our time. But I think it is really a journey especially for implementing a new system, it is ok to give our colleagues more training.
