> **Cons**: They are switching from KidKare to Parachute.  Some of the features I used A LOT will not be available.  They kept telling me - "we'll get to it."

> Their customer service has something to be desired.  Most times was like pulling teeth to get an answer.  They really still haven't honestly answered one of my basic questions.  I used this program for over 10 years.
