It is extremely easy for our attendees and sponsors to use. EventEase processes the credit card and notifies us of the registration and the total amount of payment, less fees and net amount going into our bank account. They wrote the reports that I needed, specifically for our Association. The reports are easy to read and easy to download and work with. > > **Cons**: I think the hardest part was on my side, learning the system. However, EventEase spent the time to assist me with the "learning" and continues to answer any and all questions which I come up with. > > We are using EventEase for our National Conference for the second year in a row. Our Association is small and holds one conference annually with an average attendance of 65. In the past we received the conference registration form in house and then proceeded to run the credit cards and manually register attendees for the Conference. In 2022 we made the decision to move to EventEase for our registration services and we are extremely happy that we made the move. No longer do we have registration forms come into the office for processing. Now, individuals register themselves and add their information to the system. We then simply run a report and have all the information we need. This saves hours of time. The reports which EventEase staff have written and provided to us are specific to our Association and what we need to hold a successful conference. I have found that if I need a change, they are quick to make the change. Communication. This is so important in this day and age. At no time have I waited more than a few hours to receive a response to my email and the response time is normally within the hour (or within a few minutes). Their attention to detail and response time is so important to a small Association.
