The platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and quick to navigate (even for folks who normally avoid logging into “another tool”). I also appreciate how customizable it is; I can curate and promote opportunities that align with our social impact pillars, which has helped drive trust and buy-in from across the org.

> **Cons**: Some of the admin dashboards and reporting filters could be a bit more flexible—especially when you want to slice the data in ways that aren’t part of the default views. That said, nothing has been a blocker at all, and the Purposely team has been incredibly responsive—making over a dozen updates based on our feedback alone. Their willingness to iterate has made a real difference and makes the product feel custom built.

> What really sets them apart is the white-glove support: they handle the logistics of planning events from start to finish. We just tell them what we want to do, and they do the rest—our team literally just signs up and shows up. Compared to other platforms which say they are volunteering platforms, which primarily act as directories or aggregators, Purposely actually curates and delivers the experience. It’s like the difference between a self-serve buffet and having a tailored meal brought to your table.

> **Pros**: I love how easy Purposely makes it to bring our team together to engage in a meaningful activity. The interface is intuitive and simple, and the communication we receive from the team is prompt and effective. They really listen to us, and do everything they can to provide an enjoyable and impactful experience.

> **Cons**: There is nothing that I like least, but I appreciate how open Purposely is to receive feedback when we have ideas of how the tool could be expanded.

> We've run several team building events that were focused on our value of Building Engaged Community. These events were selected based on the causes that are important to our employees, and were open and optional for our entire team. Purposely connected us with organizations that were well-prepared for us to roll up our sleeves and contribute in meaningful ways, and were also generous with their time and willingness to educate us along the way.

> **Pros**: The people at Purposely are some of the best there are. They are quick to respond, really knowledgeable about volunteering and make setting up a volunteer opportunity so easy.

> **Cons**: I would love to see a per-event pricing system for companies that haven't built up a volunteer program just yet as a kind of stepping stone if the budget isn't there.

> Overall, we have had such an incredible experience with Purposely. Everyone we've worked with has been so helpful and lovely and anytime we've had a suggestion or feedback around a feature, they've been so eager to learn more. They've taken all of the work out of creating such wonderful team events and I can't recommend them enough.
