We have been paying for the service for over a year. In the past month, their system had a glitch that disabled our automated videos from sending. After finding such a glitch, it turns out their system actually deleted our videos and our data. We are now fighting them to get the data restored, and repeated emails to\[sensitive content hidden\] are ignored—minus the automatic AI Email responses. The customer service is unwilling to refund the downtime and is just playing games, in all honesty. The software really helps break the ice with customers and show yourself as more relatable than just a piece of text in an email. I found BHuman's end result personalization to be usable, and when done right, it can really be impleneted to send mass videos to a long list of clients. The price is 100% worth it for what it gives you as capability. > > **Cons**: It is inevitable for such a breaking emerging technology that it won't be super easy or smooth to use - think of the early computers for example, they needed tons of prepartion, learning and practice to manage to navigate and use them effectively. Same is here - the tech is very early stage and you need to do quite some experimentation both in terms of the way you record the video visually (position, gestures and importantly - lighting), as well as your wording - BHuman have strict guidelines on that, an example of which is the rule to keep your personalized sentences as short as possible. If you diviate from those best practices and guidelines, the results you end up with are unusable (for now). Moreover, when you do follow the guidelines, the personalization still feels far from perfect and leaves a lot to be desired, but at least is usable. > > BHuman is super exciting platform and I can't wait to see it grow and improve upon its technology.
