> **Pros**: nothing - they are worse in ever way than our prior provider though more expensive
> 
> **Cons**: Integration did not work as promised, set-up was done poorly took more than a month and still led to pay issues in the first month of use, platform is clunky and reporting is poor. Automatic calculations are often off by a few cents as well.
> 
> Abysmal. We tried them as payweb was closing down, but deeply regret the move and are doing another payroll switch this year to get away from them.
