> **Pros**: I like that you can manage a large caseload with this software. I like that it alerts you 30 days out from when a task is due.

> **Cons**: I think the software needs an update. It is often slow to start and crashes often. This can make it difficult to keep your momentum going when working.
> 
> Overall it’s functional. If they could make it faster and lag less, it would be much better\!
