> **Pros**: We liked that is was nimble allowed us to meet customers where they wanted to be met.  It allowed us to have a my dynamic engagement that simplified the signing process.  It gave us a space to lead with and take care of customers.

> **Cons**: I wish it was more mobile ready.  Kids do everything on there phone and for security and more its not a great mobile space.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the authentication can be buggy and not useable, requiring a manual authentication.

> My only issue right now is lenders getting onboard with using it.  We really enjoy the product.
