> **Pros**: Cove offers a wide range of features and can be tailored to meet your unique requirements, whether you're managing a single property or an entire portfolio. The design options allows you to streamline operations, improve communication, and do it within my budget.

> **Cons**: So far, we don’t have any cons.  Switching platforms is never easy—especially in property management, where time is everything.  But Cove made the transition seamless. They handled the heavy lifting, and all we had to do was provide the information.

> The Cove app has been an invaluable resource for our property. It consolidates everything we need—property management, work orders, tenant engagement, forms, etc. into one platform.  The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making daily operations smoother and more efficient. From the work order functions to the email builder, it covers a lot of ground for managing our property more efficiently. As for the tenants, it is extremely user friendly. We have received multiple comments on the functionality from the user side.

> **Cons**: The only thing I would change is the metrics on the Email Builder. I would love to see which tenant is interacting with specific events the most so that we can tailor our event programming to that.
