> **Pros**: I love the UI of the platform and how easy it is to use. Having the match score makes it a lot easier to determine candidates that are the right fit for the role I am looking to hire for. And the creation of campaigns enhances my ability to keep track of previous candidates, tenfold. It is also very cheap given its functionalities.

> **Cons**: The product doesn't have automation built into it (YET), but I know these features will be built soon.

> I have been able to improve my recruitment processes and tracking as a result of Workforce. My work has been made so much easier, and I no longer lose track of hot candidates.
