> **Pros**: You are able to log on and complete your request in a few easy steps, and you are also able to log on and check on the status of a request at any given time. Once the request is complete, you can instantly upload the records if you so choose to do so.

> **Cons**: It has increased fees for the client in comparison to other medical request options so that is a negative for sure

> It is very easy to use, I figured it out without any tutorials or help from coworkers. Very standard design that is user friendly.
