> **Pros**: One of the greatest applications for monitoring your and your team's health. Since a few months ago, my team and I have been utilizing this application. It has some truly fantastic features, such as the ability to track your mood each day and track your daily steps. You can also set a walking goal, and the app will track your daily steps and motivate you to reach it.Another feature is I can check how my staff are doing, including whether they are happy or anxious, through the admin dashboard, which is a very helpful feature. I can help my stressed-out teammate by having a discussion.And the best thing is that this application does not store any of your data, your data is completely protected which maintains your privacy at its best.
