Prior to Nimbbl, our customers had to manually enter their UPI IDs on the checkout page. We saw a lot of drops due to customers entering incorrect UPI IDs or closing the transaction midway by mistake while switching browsers to find their UPI ID. With the Nimbbl Magik UPI feature, we saw a 12% increase in success rates for UPI transactions and our customers love the convenient to pay via UPI in seconds without any additional efforts. Along with this, we get easy access to multiple BNPL providers and multiple payment gateway partners in one place.

> **Cons**: Enhanced version of the dashboard is still under development which is key to reconciliation.

> Managing payments operations becomes challenging when integrating multiple payment gateways. It used to take up a lot of our technical bandwidth. Nimbbl took away this pain for us, resulting in cost decrease and increase in revenue.
