I was given a partial refund, even though I had not been able to use the software as advertised from the very start. \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\]  emailed me to say "I don't have time to argue with people paying$12/month". Make of that what you will. Personally I would not trust this company that lies to get you to subscribe, doesn't offer what was advertised and ignores/misses questions in support tickets.

I do HOPE, that we have an option to use our API keys for creating post in social media.

> **Pros**: I was looking for an automated way to post my new Etsy products to social media and found Nuelink.  It was easy to set up and implement integration with Etsy.  The Etsy integration with AI verbiage assistance makes it very simple to create and schedule engaging social media posts from Etsy products.  When I discovered that the integration was pulling purchased products and not just brand new products, I reached out to support and they very quickly resolved it.  Having a software background, I was blown away at how quickly the developers re-engineered the integration to no longer us the RSS feed and instead use the API to only import brand new products.

> Pleasantly surprised by the ease of use, and time-savings that using Nuelink affords me with the Etsy integration so I don't have to duplicate my efforts.
