> **Pros**: Worst place to deal with. They will steal your money. Send you broken products and then not return or refund. They are in on it with the sellers. I would NEVER buy from Lazada. Worst, worst, customer service ever. You would think someone would be smart enough to figure this our by now.

> **Cons**: They are scammers and try to steal your money with broken products and then will decline your return, even you send in proof. And trying to talk with customer service is a total waste of time. Worst.
