The Client Documents editor is a standout feature, allowing me to add various content blocks such as images, tables, rich text, and Q\&A. These blocks can be saved and reused across different documents, significantly streamlining my workflow. Creating links to any document and collecting information inside and outside the client portal is a game-changer. While SuperOkay isn't a full-fledged CRM and lacks some features for tracking clients through a sales funnel workflow, it is excellent for managing existing clients. Integrating with other apps like Trello, Figma, Clickup, and Canva is a big plus, allowing me to embed docs into the platform. Even though I wish I could use SuperOkay as a full CRM, it has certainly found its place in my web design services—review of SuperOkay. > > **Cons**: Clients can't be emailed from within the portal.
