> **Pros**: The guest messaging feature and the check-in feature are incredibly useful when managing a hotel on a small team. Hotel Manager provides independent hotels like our with an easy to use solution that upgrades our guest experience\!

> **Cons**: I love the product\! I look forward to the future roadmap and seeing Hotel Manager continue to push the boundaries for independent hotels such as ours.

> With Hotel Manager, we have removed the need for telephones and paper based processes. We are saving on costs as well as seeing an increase in revenue through the ease of F\&B ordering via an app.
