> **Pros**: The pulse capability is the easiest way to engage our employees in a lightweight way.  We have setup a rhythm for sending out pulses and employees and our contractors love the quick interaction and ability to provide honest feedback.

> **Cons**: Would love to see more reporting beyond the basic that is there today.

> It has helped us dramatically during this Work-from-home culture where we have employees scattered around all working remote.  While we use Microsoft Teams to stay engaged, we don't always really know how our employees really feel about a topic and now we do\!
