> **Pros**: The team is very cooperative, onboarding was smooth after-sales support is great

> **Cons**: The product lacks basic analytics features, it works well as a chatbot but can't really analyze the data that you may need as a D2C brand. I am sure the team will come up with some better analytics features for their bot.

> **Pros**: Ease of use, customers find it helpful, repeated questions are automatically answered.  Whatsapp already has a fine reputation so brand leverage works pretty good.

> **Cons**: Improvements: If it could learn from data, and customer behaviour. Raise tickets for HIGH degree queries and escalate them. Be more like a person less like a bot\!

> It was good and really looking forward to it with improvements.
