> **Pros**: The functionality that I consider most useful is the possibility of working at the same time with other colleagues. This saves time, which is necessary to meet deadlines. Not to mention about the combination of BIM and GIS improves the design and execution of infrastructures.

> **Cons**: The cost is somewhat high, but it justifies it. Regarding the level that is needed is the professional, so you must be familiar with BIM and GIS technology. The latter is not a disadvantage, it is a reality, a software that allows complex activities, requires a corresponding capacity.

> **Pros**: One of the many things that I liked the most about this tool was its intuitive and friendly interface, since it made it easy for me to visualize and analyze geographic information and BIM models in a single environment, as well as having the ability to combine and correlate geospatial data. with BIM elements, this simply significantly improved the understanding and context of the project. Lastly, it features ArcGIS GeoBIM functionality that enables sophisticated spatial analysis and custom thematic map creation, contributing to more informed and efficient decision-making to improve the overall state of the builder.
