management. It’s super easy for our members to use, and our membership has increased as a result of using Hivepass.

> **Cons**: There isn’t all the functionality, so we still use social media like Instagram and Strava for some things, we maintain a website and sell merchandise independently. But that’s ok, Hivepass does exactly what it needs to do.

> **Cons**: The only bug i found was that the unique link didn't work on my computer.  Had to restart it to get it to work. Which meant I sent out the wrong code to our membership base.

> Hivepass has been an absolute game-changer for Rainbow Ski Club. The entire setup and onboarding process was seamless from start to finish, making it incredibly easy for us to transition our memberships and passes without disruption.

What really stood out was the level of support — \[sensitive content hidden\] was outstanding. Responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get everything right, which made a big difference when rolling this out to our members.

We couldn’t be happier with how smooth and intuitive the platform is, both on the admin side and for our community. Highly recommended for any club or organisation looking for a modern, reliable membership solution.
