You talk about having a plan B, we have plans C and D as well, each potentially triggered at by pre-specified project status conditions. > > **Cons**: Pairwise comparison can be onerous for an executive. We set the upper level priorities at an executive level and our production managers and construction advisers to populate the rest. > > We needed to make a critical decision about creating further production capacity. Were we going to outsource, build from scratch, acquire pre-built and fit-out? When we laid out the basis of the decision we found we had over 100 selection criteria many of which were intangible.
