> **Pros**: I absolutely love Yardi. It is user-friendly and error-proof. It will not allow you to save if you are missing something critical. This goes a long way in HUD properties.

Monthly invoices should be checked ahead of time ( before they go out ) to ensure they are all correct but other than that KUBE is great. Especially their Customer Service team. They answer within minutes.

> **Cons**: I use manual pay as default, because it puts me in control. Yardi Kube simply initiated payment (auto pay)  on Saturday night, so I had to run to the bank and transfer money on a Sunday.

> Yardi Kube spelled my company name wrong and I wrote to them...no response.  Yardi Kube simply put my account on auto pay which I did not authorize.
