> **Pros**: I have been using winzip almost as long as I've been using computers, the software is amazing easy to use, intuitive and great for file management and creation. I'd recommend it to anyone using encrypted or password protected files and compressed files.

> **Cons**: I have no complaints about this app. I've never needed customer support, but I assume they are as good as the app itself.

> Overall, I prefer winzip to many of the other competitors and would recommend this app to thhose who need a file compressor.

> WinZip has been a great tool, and I switch between it and 7zip regularly based on my needs and mood. Being one of the first tools of it's kind, it is well maintained and does exactly what your every day user would need. It's not fancy or flashy, and it is going to do the absolute most for a tool of it's kind, but it will absolutely get most jobs done well. Mobile compression/unzipping really impressed me, and I use that regularly as there are few competitors, and those that there are, are very lacking.
