> **Pros**: Scope and depth of features and applicable users, powerful tool and extremely customisable but works 'out of the box' well too. Extremely robust archiving, and overseers ability to monitor is good. Outlook plug in is good and the secure messaging feature is well integrated

> **Cons**: Fiddly and un-intuitive to configure, default options can create a lot of false positives. Filtering logs is not obvious in abilities. Cost of retrieving data from archive if using a different solution is high.
> 
> Overall, if the leg work is put in at the start and administrators are trained properly its a very powerful, efficient tool. It can do a lot more than just filtering email.
