> **Pros**: Ease of use and extensive real-time  dashboard with vital metrics. Technical support is quick and effective.

> **Cons**: Integration with our property manager brought up some issues. No direct automatic link to accounting system for supplier invoices.

> CondoFix is a great help in assisting the condominium association in planning and controling maintenance activities and expenses. We now know which of our 250 pieces of equipment are requiring the most maintenance and we are thus able to plan their replacement in the future.
