> **Pros**: Their tablet for the drivers was user friendly.
> 
> **Cons**: Their customer service was terrible. It would take forever to fix a problem. Every time there was an update you could guarantee a mass outage for your units.
> 
> Not the greatest. They made empty promises. Something as simple as being able to assign multiple unassigned driving events at once was always promised and never implemented.
