> **Pros**: It was very easy to set up and get started with right away.

> **Cons**: Their communication is the worst I've ever seen from a FinTech company. Additionally, they are overly risk-averse. When your business needs to invoice and receive payments for $5,000 or more, they will deny it, but only after dragging out the decision for over a week with little to no communication.
> 
> Your service started off great, but as we expanded our client base, it became the worst service I have ever experienced. Your slow communications and vague policies jeopardized our cash flow, leading to a rejected payment without any explanation. Worst of all, it required us to call repeatedly for updates, as your team would promise communication but never follow through.

> **Pros**: the direct connectivity to the bank to categorize transactions

> **Cons**: when using it for invoicing there is no "edit" feature, that is the worst however, I no longer use it for that so, it's not a problem

> Customer service is wonderful. They are always available to listen and very helpful to troubleshoot or explain how to work a feature.
