A Game-Changer for Health and Safety Management

Comments: As a dedicated health and safety consultant, my job involves juggling multiple clients, each with their unique needs and requirements. Managing various health and safety programs simultaneously used to be a daunting task until I discovered Site App Pro. This digital software has truly revolutionized the way I work, allowing me to efficiently oversee and maintain the safety programs of multiple clients. I can't recommend Site App Pro enough! The exceptional customer service provided by the Site App Pro team is truly unmatched. Anytime I've had questions or needed assistance, they have been prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It's reassuring to know that I have a dedicated support team to rely on, ensuring that I can make the most out of this powerful tool.

Pros:

If I had to choose a few things that set Site App Pro apart from competing softwares, would be the asset management and visitor check-in using the QR code features. Also, for my clients who hire subcontractors, the vetting/pre-qualification procedure can be done exclusively through the app.

Cons:

As I continue to use the app with different clients, there are a few suggestions I identify such as the naming convention for when you upload certificates. However, I bring these minor recommendations up to my Site App Pro account manager and he notifies the applicable SAP team members to make these improvements in future updates.

Great safety software

Comments: Great people to deal with and customer service is great. I use it for me and a number of clients!

Pros:

Easy to use and great way to manage HSMS without complicated paperwork. Easy for guys to use!

Cons:

Need to develop flexiblity in reporting and link wof and reg etc into checks

No automatic link to SimPro - we have to use Zapier to get the information in

Amazing Product and Support Team

Comments: We partnered with Site App Pro over a year ago now and many of our clients have implemented this product into their health and safety systems. Our client's industries range from transport, hairdressers, childcare and agriculture to automotive, construction and everything else in between. Site App Pro is able to be customised to meet all their needs and specific industry regulations.

Pros:

The support team at Site App Pro are amazing and respond quickly to queries or issues. The reports and export functions make prequals and tendering easy with all the information stored in one place. And the Dashboard makes it easy to stay on top of compliance requirements.

Cons:

Any features, upgrades or glitches that would make this product even easier are considered and implemented by the team during the regular updates, often making any issues only temporary.

Couldn't live without Site App Pro

Comments: 6 stars. Seriously love Site App Pro.......do yourself a favour and ditch the onerous paperwork, using this software makes doing your H & S enjoyable and the whole team is also engaged i n the progress. So grateful this product is out there !

Pros:

Seriously, this software is crucial to the running of our Gardening & Landscaping Business. We use it multiple times a day on multiple sites. Sleeping better at night knowing our Health & Safety is in good hands, thanks to this intuitive, easy to use mobile app. Thanks to the team for their great support-always there 24/7 to answer my silly questions. THANK YOU !

Cons:

Weird the way the screen glitches to white sometimes on the mobile app when you want to fill in a form but I mentioned this to the team and someone is addressing the error already.
