This digital software has truly revolutionized the way I work, allowing me to efficiently oversee and maintain the safety programs of multiple clients. I can't recommend Site App Pro enough! The exceptional customer service provided by the Site App Pro team is truly unmatched. Anytime I've had questions or needed assistance, they have been prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It's reassuring to know that I have a dedicated support team to rely on, ensuring that I can make the most out of this powerful tool.

Pros:

If I had to choose a few things that set Site App Pro apart from competing softwares, would be the asset management and visitor check-in using the QR code features. Also, for my clients who hire subcontractors, the vetting/pre-qualification procedure can be done exclusively through the app.

Cons:

As I continue to use the app with different clients, there are a few suggestions I identify such as the naming convention for when you upload certificates. However, I bring these minor recommendations up to my Site App Pro account manager and he notifies the applicable SAP team members to make these improvements in future updates.

Comments: We have been with Site App Pro for over 5 years. The product improves on a regular basis giving us new features constantly to improve ease of use and reporting we can provide our clients. Also the trade doesn't like to waste time on site with paperwork and the product works for them . What we achieved in four years with paperwork took us 4 months with site app pro

Pros:

Tradies don't like complication. There participation uptake has been very quick

Cons:

There really isn't to much , if there is the Communication lines are always to makes changes

No automatic link to SimPro - we have to use Zapier to get the information in

Great safety software

Comments: Great people to deal with and customer service is great. I use it for me and a number of clients!

Pros:

Easy to use and great way to manage HSMS without complicated paperwork. Easy for guys to use!

Cons:

Need to develop flexiblity in reporting and link wof and reg etc into checks

SiteApp Pro is great

Pros:

Everything is in one place, less paper work and it is easy for our employees to use. Site App Pro is also always updating features and adding new additional things to the app which is great

Cons:

There are a few small minor issues mainly with report pulling but in general we are very happy with SiteApp pro
