> I loved Flagship\! They were very helpful and supportive UNTIL their system screwed up. I had a large order that cost me over $600 to fix. The system shipped it back to me, instead of to the client. Flagship had always been \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] on the spot to fix boo-boos before - but they did not want to take accountability for this one. Ended up using another service instead.
