I've always had issues taking notes during and after my coaching sessions. I would start a session without having the "right" notebook nearby and wind up jotting some illegible notes on a scrap of paper or in one of my five or so active notebooks. Then, of course, I would have trouble finding those notes the next time I had to meet with that client. I also tended to rely on my memory to remember the homework I assigned to a particular client or rely on the client's notes. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. I've recently been taking on more and more clients and I knew that this "system" was headed for failure. Then someone recommended ClientFol.io. It is exactly what I was looking for. It gives me a place to write my notes AND to jot down the assignments that I give my clients. I recently discovered how I can have both my Zoom window and my ClientFol.io window viewable at the same time so I can type while I look at my client. Perfection\!
