> **Pros**: It's a great tool to visually see how your sales are tracking, by month \&amp; year. I love being able to see how you can track each client and see how they are performing, and how you can set annual \&amp; monthly budgets. You can also see what products are being purchased and track them on performance based on previous years' purchases.

> **Cons**: It would be good to have a dashboard that showed you how you are performing against the other members of the sales team/ department, as this creates a competitive spirit.

> We have found Numerik to be professional and easy to work with. They are great at training and continuing follow-up as the months have rolled along. We have to say they are very customer focused and their post-sales support is great.

> I use this program every day, but in particular a in depth review each week.
