> **Pros**: Es superfácil de aprender, usar y de configurar a tus necesidades. Actualmente TODOS los procesos de RRHH, que antiguamente se hacían en diferentes Excels, correos electrónicos, etc. pasan por Exact y el cambio ha sido insuperable.
Hemos mejorado la comunicación gracias a la "red social" que tiene y la organización por los flujos de trabajo donde podemos aprobar dichos flujos desde cualquier dispositivo.

> **Cons**: No encuentro ninguna contra a este producto. Facilidad de uso, completo y autogestionable.
La implementación la hicimos en menos de dos meses.

> Hemos implementado nosotros mismos, diferentes flujos de trabajo para: solicitar vacaciones, ausencias, indicar si se teletrabaja e incluso cuando salió la Ley de Registro Horario, nosotros mismos configuramos e implementamos dicho procedimiento en el programa.
También, llevamos toda la gestión documental del departamento DIGITALIZADA, tanto la entrega de las nóminas y otros documentos laborales. Al permitir Exact navegar desde cualquier dispositivo (ordenador, móvil, Tablet, etc.), hace que sea toda la documentación superaccesible.
