The training and set up on online applications was easy to follow and thorough. There were no surprises along the way, and the staff was always responsive to my questions. The app that was developed was user friendly and easy to use, even with some of our attendees who had restrictive disabilities. Overall, I can't say enough about this company and the staff. From start to finish, this experience has been levels beyond what I had even hoped it would be when we first floated the idea of using this type of software for our conference.
