> **Pros**: The thing that really sold me on LASSO was the ability to make scheduling easier. When we've got as many events as we do, it takes a whole lot of manpower to be able to pull these events off and LASSO's scheduling has the potential to make it easier than methods used in the past.

> **Cons**: I think what surprised me the most was that there was a lot of training required to get going. I don't think this is a legitimate con, of course, because receiving training meant that we were receiving support and I really like that.

> **Cons**: There are too many clicks to get one thing done. Some aspects of lasso have been overcomplicated. The Scheduling part - money charged for OT labor has been a headache to deal with. As well as substitutions when an item as already been packed.
