> **Pros**: We have equipment in multiple locations and deparments. Some of our equipment is older, we can associate repair costs directly with a fixed assets and generate reports for cost of maintaining our equipment over time.

> **Pros**: Netasset is  an embedded add - on for Netsuite. It is the perfect solution for asset management, rather than managing seperate system. Some of the key features like  integrated tax schedules, customisable reports, Multi book entries,  Asset Proposals and ability to modify assets were the attractions we liked in Net asset. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] helped us through the set up process and explain and guide us through the whole process

> **Pros**: What I like most is the flexibility that this software provides. It is easy to edit records and any true-ups of data that are needed are automatically done when needed. Reports are also very customizable.

> **Cons**: I think there are still a few things that aren't super intuitive about the software, but I've seemed to be able to play around with and test the software enough to still give me the data I need.

> NetAsset has been a huge step up from our previous software. The flexibility, customization, use of the clearing accounts, automation, approval flow, and compatibility with our GL on the NetSuite side has all felt like a big improvement for us and the volume of assets we track.

> **Pros**: NetAsset's reports and asset capitalization were the two biggest reasons we went with them. Looking at pictures of their reports on their website I knew that is what I wanted, and it is exactly what we were given. The integration team I worked with helped every step of the way and added all of our requested customizations to that the software works perfectly for what we need.

> **Cons**: On the depreciation schedules it shows the first day of the month instead of the last day of the month, though the entries are posted on the last day. This really doesn't matter and has no effect on the functionality of the software, but to find something I don't like I really have to nitpick since everything works so well for us.
> 
> What we needed was a software for a client that would track patents in process and them capitalize those costs together into one asset to be amortized. NetAsset allows us to do that inside NetSuite perfectly and exactly the way I envisioned. During integration I repeated what I wanted over and over again to make sure they understood what I was looking for, because I almost didn't believe that a software wouldn't have some annoying catch, but in reality there was no catch. The integration team was able to set it up exactly the way I wanted and created custom fields and reports for me.
