Great alternative for basic needs

Pros:

I was trying to integrate my lead sources with my CRM and was using another solution that was priced way to high for the volume leads. It was easy to set up and once I got it going I didn't look back.

Cons:

They don't connect to as many apps as I'd like, my one of my lead sources doesn't mesh with them, but they do with Zapier, to work around they both will connect to google sheets, one extra step, but worth the savings.

Easy to use automation

Comments: Over the past few weeks, I've begun using it, and I must say it performs exceptionally well compared to its competitors.

Pros:

It's incredibly user-friendly and straightforward, even without a flowchart connection.

Cons:

While I hope for more integration options, it's important to remember that this is a relatively new digital product in the market. Over time, I believe it will grow and expand its range of app integrations significantly.

Really good support

Comments: The constant improvements and responsive support make Albato feel like a product built for its users

Pros:

Albato’s supports team is amazing. They quickly helped me resolve an issue setting up Facebook Ads and Gmail workflows

Cons:

I’m eagerly waiting for new alternatives to make App Integrator even simpler

While the existing integrations are helpful, expanding the options would allow for more seamless workflows and increased productivity. Additionally, I think albato.com could improve its ease-of-use.

One of the standout features of Pros with Albato is its exceptional performance. Whether it was handling complex tasks or running resource-intensive applications, this product delivered seamless and lag-free performance every time.

One of the main issues I encountered was the limited range of products available on their website. It would have been great to see a wider variety of options to choose from.

Easy implementation and really helpful people

Comments: Learning the interface took me an hour or so. Implementing a solution was straightforward, and setting up data receipt from webhooks and onward mapping to out database app was made easy by Albato. [sensitive content hidden] , in support, helped immensely when we hit some roadblocks, providing a number of useful solutions and workarounds to consider.

Pros:

The ease of setting up automations, especially webhooks. This is the best solution I have found for easily doing this. Also the support is wonderful with staff that actually take an active role in finding solutions.

Cons:

I have not found anything I dislike. The implementation is how all these apps should feel.
