The new sales tax reports from Shopify are long and confusing, I could not see the amounts I needed to report. I emailed the help desk and within hours had the correct info in a "made for me" sales tax report. It actually is easier to read than Shopify's old report.

> **Cons**: I haven't had a Con yet. I of course wish the information I need was included in my Shopify monthly charge, however if you need the info in order to make correct business decisions, $39.90 a month is worth it.

> **Cons**: There's really nothing I don't like\! My one wish is for an option to view historical inventory, but that's not a feature Shopify offers. More of a con on Shopify than better reports.
