> **Pros**: The inexpensive and rapid transcription feature is my top priority. At one time I was working with 15 people (students or direct clients) on assessing recorded coach sessions - too many\! I purchased the 1000 minute package, which meant about 20 sessions transcribed at \<.5cents/minute, and having a timed transcription dramatically increased my speed of listening and gave me more time to accurately identify competencies and make notes on opportunities. 
Using the assessment tool built into RaeNotes slows me down when I have to do a lot of volume, but when I have just one or two calls at at time I love it, especially now that I've gotten used to the Hot Keys to make quick notations, and my clients love the annotated transcript that I share with them. 
ALSO, since we are still assessing prior year graduates under the OLD CCs, I appreciate the way I can switch up the competency filters in a minute - New, Old, and back again.

> **Cons**: I work with clients with many different accents, and the software is still inaccurate about 20% of the time, especially when either party speaks quickly.  That makes READING a transcript hard. But when I'm following the recording alongside the transcript, I hear it accurately, and it's a real blessing to note have to make notes about the conversation content, just my assessments.

> My experience w/ customer service has been exceptional. I often get a live callback to work thru my issues. When I leave a note in chat, I get a response within a day. AND I've had some bad upload experiences -- sometimes the accents or recording quality result in typed nonsense.  When I've asked, I've always gotten a credit back to my account for the transcriptions that were worthless. 
Overall, this is a great tool that still needs tweaking to be "more perfect" but even in its current state is a wonderful addition to my toolkit as a mentor coach

> **Pros**: I've searched for years for and finally found RaeNotes, the outstanding software that makes giving feedback so easy. I customized it for our university's assessment rubric, was able to get it to upload from many different students, and their coaching audios were transcribed accurately and quickly. I can now give second by second feedback, either through written notes or audio messaging. They are able to log on and finally get the type of detailed feedback they need to improve their coaching sessions.
