I was very aware of medical billing and I was very skeptical about their process, I asked a lot of questions and answers always went back to the money guarantee (you don't have anything to lose type of conversation), well guess what. I lost a lot of money ($16K) plus all the lost claims that I could've done myself because of the wording of the money back guarantee which is essentially BS. On top of that they failed to get me contracted with any plan that they promised to get me in network with. When it comes to serives we provide that have overhead costs we need to be able to filter by service rendered and see if we are being adequately reimbursed, not simply filtering by patient name or plan.
