> **Pros**: I have little to no praise for this software and I believe it is hard to use and it lags my computer.

> **Cons**: Light speed has many flaws in the software because if I am not connected to the same net work as my students it will not work. In addition, its UI is very compacted and I have background in cyber security.

> **Pros**: Where do I even begin?  This is exactly the program teachers have been begging for ever since students were assigned computers.  It is so difficult to walk around and monitor students when they are online.  Even when you do this, they can quickly close what they had up.  This program has made monitoring students' online activity at school a breeze.  Informing students we can view their screens remotely while in class has helped curb the problem of students being off task.  No longer can they have a video game pulled up on a tab while working on an assignment.  I like that Lightspeed Classroom Management gives teachers the ability to close applications on individual student screens while also allowing us to send them a message.  It's very easy to implement this program in any school district.  If your school does not have Lightspeed Classroom Management, I would recommend you speak with administration about implementing this amazing program.  You will thank me later.

> **Cons**: Lightspeed Classroom Management takes a while to load student screens on your computer.  The program is great but sometimes it will take some time for you to click on a student's screen and view what they are doing.  I would blame this on internet speed but our school network is very fast.

Before our school had this program, I would have to spend important quality time monitoring students when on their devices.  Now I can easily see each student's screen on my device and use that extra time to teach and help students with assignments.  I always thought something like this would be amazing for teachers to have.  I didn't know it was even an option until our district informed us of Lightspeed Classroom Management.  I promise that you will love this program.

> **Pros**: I love using Lightspeed Classroom Management. I like that I can see exactly what my students are doing on their laptops during class time.  Our school district gave each student a laptop at the beginning of the year.  I always had trouble with students not being on task when doing online assignments.  Lightspeed Classroom Management allows me to monitor students when online.  I like the ability to close out websites they may be on and being able to send them a direct message to get back on task.  Just informing students you can monitor their screens during class time has helped tremendously.

> **Cons**: One con is the website takes a while to load after signing on.  I am not sure if it's the software or not but the site is difficult to navigate when you have multiple classes you teach throughout the day.  If I want to view my first block of students, I have to filter through all my other classes to find them.  Again this may be the fault of our school district.

> My overall experience has been very positive.  I no longer have to worry about students being off task when working online.  Being able to close programs or websites a student is on remotely has made my job much easier.  If your school district does not have this program, you need to request it.

> **Pros**: This software is very easy to use has 4 or 5 fantastic features you want to keep tabs on 40 + computers. Its best feature is to guess which users are using unapproved websites and override or message the computer.

> **Cons**: The two complaints I have are first, it can falsely flag users on websites that are okay to use and it will continue to flag these websites until they are white listed. Second depending on the monitoring being used, this software can use a lot of bandwidth.
> 
> There were issues of users not using their computers responsibly, but since they know they are being monitored, there is rarely to no misuse of technology.

> **Pros**: I like it’s ease of use and deployment and the ease to demonstrate to our staff on it’s setup and use in the classroom, the ability for them to set and forget really helped.

> **Cons**: Early on we had a few issues with the blocking of items by teachers where we had to unblock many helper sights and other pages to allow students to be able to sign in and then use certain online items

> It was a great experience, and it steadily improved while using the product as new features were added and I felt like teachers were being listened too and what was needed was being added
