I have been in the Physical therapy field for past 26 years and used WEBPT for past few years. Every year, I am seeing gradual slowness in the software performance. More importantly, many times in a year, they have system glitches that results in many hours to days of not being able to access the patient documentation. With regard to the price, they are very expensive. Worse thing, they charge for patient appointment reminders huge that we end up spending hundreds of dollars each month just to send reminders for patients. With insurance companies cutting the reimbursement, this is insanely expensive software.
