"Great way to connect multiple locations"
Comments: Overall, FranConnect has been a reliable tool for all of the offices across our franchise.
Pros: FranConnect is a highly secure way to connect multiple offices to one another across a franchise. It gives the ability to share and collaborate on best practices.
Cons: I personally feel that the interface itself is a bit out of date. Being an end user, I am not aware of the cost but have heard it is on the pricier side.

"A Great Tool for Franchising"
Comments: I love all the FranConnect Franchise Software allows me to do! It makes my life easier and more efficient!
Pros: I have one place to store my leads, my franchisees, documents and can send out campaigns!
Cons: I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this software

Comments: Overall, I think this is a great software program. It has a lot of functionality and works well for us.

Comments: It's not a perfect system, but none are. Overall, it's easy to use and customer service is responsive. It's just not very sophisticated. It probably works best if you just want to use the supplied templates and not do your own design.
Pros: It's very easy to upload files. Customer Service generally responds pretty quickly.
Cons: Glitches - especially if you're using HTML.

"Excellent and easy to use product"
Comments: Great experience. The application provides the ability to connect with other Franchisees. The ease of staying up to date with messages and alerts. And the library is fantastic to review and find all documents needed.
Pros: The ease of use and functionality makes Franconnect a daily product that I enjoy to use.
Cons: Since using this application for the past 8 months, I have nothing negative to report that truly stands out.

"Franchise CRM for Development"
Pros: Allows us to find all of the relevant details for Franchisees in one place! Upload emails and documents and keep track of all key interactions with franchisees Service team is great - super responsive!
Cons: uploading photos can only be done one at a time vs in batches task list does not allow hyperlinks to internal sources

Pros: It is very orderly and helps Franchisors keep track of important data.

Comments: Positive experience with the Software, I think could be very valuable with just a couple minor tweaks and updates.
Pros: I loved the functionality of follow up statuses
Cons: I thought there could be some improvement with adding the ability to text and incorporate that into the CRM.

"Franconnect is a very verbose, easy to use CRM"
Comments: Overall this is a great CRM. Easy to search, easy to batch emails.
Pros: This product is very easy to use for the duh CRM user. Easy to navigate and find what you need. Easy to update data and information. Easy to create email templates and run reports
Cons: It is often slow and you have to wait for something going on in the background to switch screens or scroll. Not sure what causes this, but sometimes it is worse than others.

Cons: There are some functions that I would like to see have more customizable options and forms that I wish could be adjusted. (ex. State in 2 letter abbreviation instead of written out)

"A lot better than the old version"
Pros: Customer service is on top of issues and they are always friendly and professional. The software itself is the only one the covers all the necessities required for being in Franchise Sales.
Cons: It can often be slow and it is not always user friendly.

"FranConnect"
Comments: Overall, the program has been a great resource for our team and keeping all of our franchisee or client data in one place. I utilize it every day to find information.
Pros:
- Documents are easily accessible and live in one place
- Data can be integrated into our other platforms like Qlik
- Franchisee information is in one place and is a source of truth for all departments
- New team members are able to see the history or previous phone conversations with specific franchisees
- CRM tool has be great to keep all of our client data in one spot
- Creating Email Campaigns is fairly easy & keeps all our communications in one spot
Cons:
- There is not enough training on the CRM tool of FranConnect that I have found. Only Sales module training
- Making specific adjustments in the programs is some times hard to do or trying to connect the dots in email campaigns
- We cannot integrate the FranConnect Info Manager with our CRM module or the Operations Module - does not have cross functionality
- Customizing is a bit difficult
- Program can be slow, but that's probably because of so much data
- Cannot open two windows at the same time of the same program

Comments: Software has been great, we've been using for about 4 years now and it has really helped with onboarding and keeping up with all the information for each franchise owner.
Pros: The functionality and what it's capable of
Cons: I don't like the new layout, but I do like all the options. I would like the ability to sort and load things into the library better.

"Makes communication over multiple locations easier"
Comments: Managing support requests, FAQ's, submitting reporting, communicating news, and housing standard documents in a simple way is something that we take for granted now since we've been using FranConnect.
Pros: I appreciate the ease of use and the way it streamlines our system
Cons: Implementing new modules can take some time, but that's on us - its not a limitation of the program.

"FranConnect is a great tool for franchisees to connect"
Comments: My franchisor upgraded from another product (I don't recall its name) about 5 years ago and moved to FranConnect.
Pros: FranConnect creates an Intranet for franchisees to use to share messages, postings, etc. to each other. You can store files and other important docs there, as well.
Cons: Nothing bad to say.. FranConnect works well to help franchisees communicate with each other.

"Franchise Friendly"
Comments: The program is very user friendly. Adapting to the changes is my only set back.
Pros: I love the frequent updates and customer support to ensure that we have the latest technology to mold our daily business growth techniques into a super user friendly CRM and software portal for our business.
Cons: When the updates occur I would like to see a screenshot of the changes prior. This last update was a major visual change.

"Happy Customer"
Pros: The reporting capability is extensive. My team reviews the reports each week to determine the health of the sales pipeline. We are able to pinpoint where we need to focus for sales opportunities which is needed to drive the results we have set in place.
Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to get a person on the phone to help with an issue. However, their team is available via email through their helpdesk.

"Mostly good"
Pros: It's easy to run financial reports and get data for franchise locations and store documents. There are nice reports for most of what you would want to run.
Cons:
The Field Ops Module. It's a nice feature and works well generally. My issue is the creation of the "visit" formats. Once you've started a visit, you can not modify your visit format if you've realized that a mistake has been made. You can edit the question, but not the answer and points section of the question. If it's a major issue, you have to redo the entire form, which is very time consuming.
Also, the search functionality is not very good. Way too many non-relevant topics come up, even when searching for the exact phrase of what you are looking for, it can be buried 5 pages back.

"Overall a Good Product... Quirky in Some Areas"
Comments: Our company has used FranConnect's software for years. Our franchise owners depend on it to communicate with their customers and most of them love it and couldn't live without it. For FranConnect to be a 10 out of 10, they would need to improve the reliability of the system, specifically after upgrades. Run more tests. Be able to assure their customers that there will be no glitches (or very minimal ones) after quarterly releases.
Pros:
Mostly easy to use. A few of our franchise owners have trouble using some features, but those who are naturally better at operating computers are able to navigate the software without any issues. The system can handle tens of thousands of records, but it does slow it down slightly as the number of records increase.
The newer version, Sky, is updated on a quarterly basis and requests from customers are taken in consideration for improvements, love that.
Cons: The system has a few inconveniences and quirks. Navigating with Groups of contacts can be difficult due to the inability to view more than 20 at a time. This has been requested to be improved in upcoming releases and I hope to see that particular improvement. Our system was upgraded to Sky this past summer from the Legacy version and since the upgrade, we have experienced glitch after glitch. Some a big deal, others not so much. Our franchise owners weren't able to use the system for over a week before FranConnect's team was able to resolve the issue. The reliability of the system is honestly scary at times. We've only experienced one quarterly upgrade with Sky and it triggered lots of problems when it went live. It does make us a little concerned for the next upgrade happening in a few weeks. It doesn't seem like they test the upgrade well before releasing it. That's purely assumption, but that's how it seems since all of the problems followed after the last upgrade.

"Game Changer"
Comments: Tracking the prospect journey is essential in franchise sales today. This product makes it very easy.
Pros: For franchise sales this product has been a game changer. It tracks communication with a prospect. I cannot imagine doing my job without it.
Cons: There are only a few things that could be improved. An auto spell check function in email would be great.

"Overall,. A solid set of tools a versatile system."
Comments: The system was key to communication, information, as well as our franchise onboarding process and retail client support.
Pros: It is obvious that the system is designed for franchisors and franchisees from the get-go. For our company, it got the job done for many many years.
Cons: Since the system was made to accommodate so many different kinds of franchise companies, often the system had too many options that we did not need.

"Makes Life Easier"
Comments: I love how organized everything is in FranConnect. I love how easily I can get training on the software and the support team is very responsive.
Pros: I love that leads come in automatically. It is wonderful to organize leads and sure does make life easier. I can quickly change the drip campaigns, change status, and automatically send out email. When I find a function that I want, the support team helps quickly with training to help me find the function and ensure I know how to use it.
Cons: I have not found anything yet. Early on it seemed overwhelming but with additional training, I was able to navigate around easily.
