Comments: Overall very satisfied with convoso great connectivity with customers made a lot of money using this service

Pros:

One thing I like about convoso is transfers as well as Manuel dialing and the inbound callback queue.

Cons:

The one thing that started to be a big problem is the call wait time

Comments: use it strictly for work. helps manage calls very well.

Pros:

easy to work once you figure it out. its the companys choice to manage calls overall.

Cons:

cant text or send DM's clients - and it doesnt track my call history more than a couple days and once an appt has passed cant go back and look at it. if you miss it its gone.

Comments: my experience is great quick lead sorter didn't have any major problem

Pros:

I love how the system returns voicemail as soon as possible so I may contact the available leads.

Cons:

My scheduled call back keeps vanishing, when I set a call back, for example, for 1:30 p.m. and I must be on a call at that time, if the timer passes, it calls out of my call back list

Comments: I experience isn't all too good because the answering machines are so frequent and to schedule a callback takes too long however I do like the swiftness of the calls and it isn't difficult to maneuver.

Pros:

Convoso is accessible and very efficient.

Cons:

The answering machines aren't filtered and sometimes when I disposition a call as "sale", it comes back in the leads.

Comments: The system is very easy to maneuver, from the first day I started using it I catch on, that's how easy and reliable it is.

Pros:

It Filtered out all the answering machine, It's convenient and easy use.

Cons:

While I prefer convoso over Many other dialers, I don't like the fact that the call backs gets wiped out after the time has passed.

Pros:

I like the whisper feature, the way I can track calls and all the other features that are available!

Cons:

It seems to go down sometimes which can be very inconvenient but they get it back up very quickly, theres not a lot of downtime when there are issues.

Comments: I've used it before. once you learn it and get the hang of it, its easy, simple and a good way to make sure you're staying on top of your work.

Pros:

the ease to use, the way it manages calls, lead, and allows us to set call backs. allows management to set up and change disposition titles when needed. love that it has a voicemail system as well

Cons:

its pretty much micromanagement on a computer. with my bosses now they are amazing and aren't hounding us, but my previous experience i felt convoso made it impossible to be a normal human with needs and was a snitch lol. almost a threat to my job. i feel the experience depends on YOUR management team

Pros:

I like that it is fully customizable from color schemes to user types and user permissions. You can tailor it exactly to your needs.

Cons:

The customizations and settings are confusing and difficult to set up. There is a knowledge base but it does not answer every question and when you call in for help, they won't make the changes for you even though they are familiar with their system; they make you painstakingly figure out how to configure it taking hours from your work day. Simple settings like configuring company voicemail become overwhelming endeavors that are not easy to remember for the future.

Comments: Overall, my experience has been pretty good, I've been using Convoso for almost three years now.

Pros:

The sound qualify is great, I also like that you can go to all of your missed calls as well.

Cons:

Lately the calls have been dropping at a high rate. At times, while on a call the audio would go back and that's a recent issue as of lately.

How it automatically dials our outbound calls and not having to manually dial.

Cons:

Sometimes there is a too long of a delay from when the contact answers to when I am connected and the contact is frustrated or hangs up.
