"Just Enough to Get By"
Comments:
Overall the software allows us to manage our day to day operations, it definitely has areas of improvement that need to be made that have been overlooked as developers think forward and focus on new developments and projects and seem to forget about old system improvements. The ACA companion app is a perfect example of this, they rushed to get it out, now it gets little to no attention leaving our company and only a handful of others scrambling to manually code our 1095's. Its wonderful this works for other clients flawlessly (So we have been told) but for us its been a headache since the launch and we were told no further developments would be made as the team focused on new ventures. (so basically what I heard was because only your company and a few others have this issue its not really important to us).
The software is a good BASIC end to end solution but could definitely do a lot to streamline processes for all of its clients.
Pros: Avionte allowed my company to move out of paper applications into the digital age, some of its integrations have been helpful and it has helped us in managing overall employment compliance. I like that it does provide even though flawed an end to end solution for our staffing firm
Cons:
-Employee documents can be a mess when the employee is longstanding or has had multiple jobs
-There is no way to flag an individual who receives an MSO so that if they leave and return benefits is immediately aware
-ACA tracking, enrollments, & Deductions 2 separate modules... previous software has auto tracked ACA eligibility because FT/PT status is designated at the assignment level. We have people who work short term PT jobs that then may go on to work a full time job and are genuinely eligible to receive benefits. To date we have not found a method to measure an individual for edibility before the 90 day window.
-Unemployment Module- completely barebones, only 2 reports exist when this type of reporting is crucial to business operations. It attaches unemployment to whatever the employees current branch is instead of to the assignment to which the claim was filed, and there is no report or log to show activity on unemployment's. There is a log that shows when the claim is open or closed but no detail as to why, and no initial open date. For performance metrics it is critical to see activity on the claims. It would be nice to see reporting similar to the sales metrics reporting. There is no training or help in understanding how Avionte intended this module to be used.
- Help Center a whole bunch of articles that you have to ask your question very carefully and did through several articles to get to your answer.
-Finally the system feels Antiquated to other systems

"Avionte a software to handle front and back office."
Comments: I've been using Avionte from Core, Aero, and Bold. They all seem to do a good job.
Pros: I like the fact that you can customize the job positions and certifications by adding them manually.
Cons: With the new Avionte Bold it was difficult to get the team to create job orders. Now that they know it the process isn't too bad.

"Terrible Customer Service"
Pros: We tried it for over a year and found that it did not meet the expectations for our company. The functionality was difficult, and we had to contact support several times because our jobs were being posted, and the link to LinkedIn was dropped several time. We lost our connection six times in one year.
Cons: Contracts auto-renew with no notice. Once you sign, you are locked in. Trying to cancel has been a nightmare

"Best software for staffing agencies"
Pros: Perfectly suited for agencies. Lots of time-saving tricks that go a long way to making your life a lot easier. The workflow is intuitive and well thought out. Very pleased with this software.
Cons: The training was rather short given the size of the software. Would have been better broken down into smaller chunks.

"Subject Matter Expert"
Pros: This product is great, it takes all HR functions and rolls them into one product, applicant tracking, payroll, onboarding paperwork-BG screens, etc. Best program I have used thus far.
Cons: I feel the applicant tracking system could be more efficient, for example, being able to submit the candidate to a particular job requisition based on the skills of the applicant.

"Decent for staffing agency use"
Comments: It is a decent piece of software but it needed a kit of tweaking to be the best
Pros: I could keep all my applicants documents in one place along as I had a scanner. It allowed me to keep notes on any applicant.
Cons: The job posting was hard to use and convoluted. The search feature doesnt work well. Bad reports. It often sorted people incorrectly when searching.

"Not a software I'd recommend"
Pros: You may upload candidate files and attach to their profile. Other than that, I don't see anything great about this product in comparison to other HRIS systems.
Cons: I don't know if it was the company I worked for or just the system itself, however the different Recruitment departments could not see if a candidate was already being used for the other department. System was slow and just ineffective for Recruitment.

Comments: We are a 10 Recruiter/3 Salesperson Technical Recruiting (IT/Engineering) agency. We work on contract, contract to hire, and direct hire openings. We started shopping for a new ATS due to poor reporting, duplicated data, inconsistent customer service, and some contract negotiations snags with our old system, Brightmove. We purchased COMPAS about 1 month ago and reviews from the Recruiting, Sales, and Management teams have been positive. The implementation took about 2 weeks overall (including pre-config on our end, mapping, data migration, testing, and go-live). The Customer Service team at COMPAS was the best I've had (I've been party to 3 ATS implementations over my career). COMPAS is easy to use. The Job Board is very popular with the Recruiting team. The Sales team likes the CRM functionality. The reporting is very customizable, and we have already tailored several reports more to our liking.

"Not satisfied"
Pros: It's very fast to find any applicant in the system. It's also easy to edit any table for an admin, no need any support by the vendor. Another thing that I like is the customer support, all the requests are being taken care of fast enough.
Cons: If you delete any option that has been added before but not being used anymore, it'll delete all historical data. The system should be flexible. It's not even possible to hide the options that aren't being used anymore.

"I use Avionte as the ATS at my company"
Pros: Powerful search features and highly customizable reporting and menus
Cons: Interface is not as intuitive as one would expect. The tasks system leaves much to be desired and the integrations of several outside applications (outlook, Oracle) is clunky and crashes a lot.

"Avionte Software Review"
Comments: The product is an all-inclusive staffing software program. It has the ability to truly streamline your business. Along with the ability to do so much, comes the challenges of trying to have staff members learn it all. Once the setups, processes and procedures are established it becomes an invaluable tool for our business. Getting there is the challenge.
Pros: Software and it's capabilities. Many aspects of this program create significant operating efficiencies. Paperless on-boarding, payroll and invoice processing, automated employee inputs through the paperless on-boarding. ACA component needs work, but will be a big plus.
Cons: The implementation process was weak on the customer service and support side. We were left to figure a lot of it out on our own.

"Great full cycle ATS - HRIS - Back office billing system"
Pros: One stop shopping! Everything is very customized based on your staffing firms work flow. It is very visually appealing
Cons: Implementation - the spreadsheets are very difficult to provide info on. Our implementation person burned up our contract hours basically just assigning "tasks" to us that we already knew we needed to do.

"I've used Avionte as an admin for 3 years."
Comments: Many of vendors who are going to integrate or have integrated told me that Avionte keep changing things and they have not been able to integrate with them for a year, while they have already integrated with their partners. Also it's not web based, everything is so outdated. something that takes 4 seconds to respond in 2017 is like a decade in 2017.
Pros: It can do almost everything including back office. It prints checks. they can build customized report for money.
Cons: Everything is very slow. Difficult to navigate. My staff won't use all feature. only basics. When I encourage them and show them all the benefits, always complaint goes down to it's complexity, lack of simplicity, slowness to respond to anything. too many clicks.

Comments: Cypress HCM is a full-cycle recruitment and temporary labor payroll firm that specialized on the fulfillment of fulltime and contract Information Technology, Marketing, Creative, and engineering positions at all levels. We had a long list of criteria when selecting the right technology to run/manage the business and the main reason (outside of all the bells and whistles that most systems have – social recruiting, automated job board feeds, mobile access, etc) why we chose the COMPAS for Staffing platform was because it was one of the only technologies on the market that truly had the four stream-less functional modules that we needed within one SaaS application. The four module that all interact with one another being an Applicant Tracking System for recruitment activities, a CRM for sales activities, a time & attendance system with back office financial integrations for payroll and billing activities, and a reporting module to capture everything related to recruitment, sales, and back office activities. Prior to COMPAS we utilized three separate standalone applications, which did not interact with one another, limited our growth ability, and increased our back office costs due to manual processing. Similar to any software transition/upgrade there was a learning curve, but once up to speed with the support/training from the COMPAS team we’ve never looked back. The system has been great, and we’re able to scale with zero limitations. I strongly recommend COMPAS to any recruiting team or staffing company.

"Training Avionte"
Comments: I was an end user in the field as a manager prior to coming to my current training role. Good experiences to report from my perspective.
Pros: I feel its very functional and as a trainer, easy to train new users on as well.
Cons: That there are 3-5 ways to do most anything in the system. I think two would have sufficed.

Comments: Now that the conversion is complete from our old system, we are very pleased with Avionte.
Pros: Reporting capabilities and the existing report templates.
Cons: The conversion process was longer than we anticipated. When there are system-wide glitches, it would be good to send out an email indicating there is a problem and that the problem is being worked on rather than having to submit an unnecessary ticket only to find out that everyone is experiencing the same problem.

Comments: Overall, the software helps with keeping track of orders and candidates and makes it easier to view previous assignments and ending reasons to help us place employees in the future.
Pros: I like how everything flows together, you can attach a message to many different areas and can view the messages no matter what area of the application you are on.
Cons: I wish I could assign alerts to remind me of specific tasks

"I've been happily administering and supporting our Avionte installation for 6+ years."
Pros: The way it integrates with other software (timeclocks, testing, background checks, green shades, job boards, etc). I like the way aero is shaping up.
Cons: Since going from self hosted to hosted we can't self-deploy advanced queries / reporting services reports / DRM's / counters. Tracking down printing or performance issues takes a long time going through the support ticket system.

"Avionte Great Product for Sourcing"
Comments: Overall great experience! Makes my day of reviews easy and quick when working with a specific client.
Pros: With the amount of clients I oversee and work with, I find it easy to find and pin point the exact candidate that I am working with. It is easy to use and easy to view all of the clients information with just a click or two!
Cons: It's hard to view errors and as to why there is an error on a clients name. The ease to navigate out of daily buttons I use is a little difficult to view or know how to use. Pulling reports is a little difficult to recall, there arent many help areas to show you how to do things.

Comments: I like many of the features of Avionte. The company has worked diligently to make the software more responsive to the needs of users.
Pros: I like that Avionte allows you to tie job postings to other applications and has its own payroll piece. The ease of pulling specific reports and the ability to contact candidates and employees through mass email is very helpful.
Cons: When I have submitted tickets to Support, it has sometimes taken them several weeks to contact me. That forces me to spend time researching a solution to my problem and in the process losing valuable time doing the job I am being paid to do

Comments: I began the search for a new ATS system for my business and I had a few “non-negotiable” items that I needed when choosing a new ATS Software company. Over a four month period, I actively looked at several ATS systems and tested four different ATS companies that I felt could provide me with the capabilities that I would need, not only to operate my business but also act as a partner to help grow my business. In choosing an ATS system, I wanted a company that truly cared about my business, had cutting edge technology, flexibility in customizations, was easy to use and more importantly, easy to train my recruiters to use. I also wanted something that required, minimal clicks and had HTML Capabilities to also use as a marketing tool. It was important to be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone, have a quick response time, and a company that was continually upgrading their system and could give best practice ideas. After extensive research, it was evident that COMPAS was the only company that met all of my criteria. The system is off the charts, easy to use, and I truly believe that they care about me and my business. I have never in my experience using ATS systems, met a company that says “yes is the answer, what’s the question”. In addition, it was huge fear of migrating my data as it is my life line. The migration was quick and accurate. About a week later, I noticed a minor mistake on a categorization (my fault) and made one phone call to the migration team. Within 20 minutes, they fixed my mistake and never interrupted my business for a single moment. In my experience, everyone that I have dealt with in COMPAS genuinely cares about your success, is time sensitive and treats you like extended family. I believe that, that kind of culture does not happen by accident, but instead, is a direct result of leadership and hiring people that are the best in the business. I could not be more happy with my decision to join the COMPAS Family and believe that the best idea is still yet to come…. and when it does, COMPAS will be leading the charge.

"Disappointed"
Comments: I thought the Avionte advanced search and Auto Match features would revolutionize my team's ability to search. As it is working right now it is not doing that all... for new data since our June conversion it seems to be ok but I can't find the people I need that converted from our old system. CONNECT was a great experience but the Q&As made me feel like a bouncing ball - ask one person, they don't know, ask another person, they don't know, ask someone else, maybe they have a suggestion, find the right person and they have no idea what the answer is and no suggestions on what to do. I feel as if Avionte grew too quickly and find themselves unable to support the new companies who came on board. The Knowledge Base and Avi the owl are all well and good but I feel like our training was lacking. And if I don't know a feature even exists - Group Searching Options - how do I know to find a Knowledge Base article on them. Support is good IF you get lucky and get someone who knows something about your problem; otherwise we're on our own and that's not a good feeling.
Pros: We're still using the Core App and what i like most is that all of the information I need is on one screen. Everything is easy to find and the system is responsive.
Cons: The service and support are awful. We are 2+ months post conversion and still don't have ACA reporting capabilities. We are unable to use the Web Modules because our data is so out of whack (it's supposed to be a mirror image of the Core App right? it's not at all) and our rep. She does't return calls or emails even from our company VP. I attended CONNECT and thought I had gotten good answers to some lingering questions about reporting and searching but the instruction doesn't seem to work when applied within my system (bad data conversion maybe?).

"Good recruiting software"
Pros: It is very intuitive, able to customize certain setting that work best for me, customer service is great- they care and want you to understand how to fix something so will walk you through fixing it instead of just doing it themselves, updates every month, great online help as well. I have used a few ATSs and this seems to be the best.
Cons: Honestly, can't think of anything. It tends to run slow sometimes, but that is probably more on our end.
