choose better software
About Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud is a suite of creative software and services including design, photography, video, and web development tools.
It has a lot of features and allows you do to nearly anything you can imagine. Customer service and tutorials are super helpful.
Half of them download the wrong app (Lightroom) and some times they choose the wrong paid plan because they find it too confusing.

Expensive but worth it
Pros:
It's a complete solution for all design-related requirements. prom photos to videos and from pixel-based graphics to vector-based graphics. there is something for everyone to use.
Cons:
the price is high. All the features and benefits are going to be much much better if the price was slightly lower.
Still, by far, the best software for graphic designers
Comments: Overall experience is great, I mostly use InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator. I do use other functions as well so the fact that I have access to all software in the package is Fantastic. I love Adobe Fonts and since I have started using it, I am more efficient when picking fonts. Overall if you are a designer, these are your tools!
Pros:
How professional and powerful the software is and that it is all and mostly compatible software in one package.
Cons:
Adobe Illustrator is not working well with InDesign (for example when copying elements with gradients). My most important tool is InDesign, however, some options that should be there, are not (for example being able to engle rulers, something that I have been using in CorelDraw years ago).
scam, stay away from this company
Pros:
scam, its the worst model, they steal your money
Cons:
scam, they steal your money and charge you massively for canceling
Game-Changing Creative Powerhouse
Comments: It's amazing. Adobe Creative Cloud has been a game-changer for my creative work. The tools, features, and seamless integration have made my workflow more efficient and enjoyable.
Pros:
I loved the seamless integration of all the creative apps. It streamlined my workflow and saved me so much time.
Cons:
The cost. It can be pretty pricey, especially for individual users or small businesses.
Adobe deployment is easy with online access
Comments: We have had a great experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially with multiple users.
Pros:
I love how all of the features are integrated within the one Creative Cloud Suite. I use Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, and it makes it so easy when I have all of that software integrated within Adobe Creative Cloud.
Cons:
It is expensive, but I do think it is worth the price since this is professional software.

Alternatives Considered:
The standard, but the gap is closing.
Pros:
Having used Adobe CC ever since its inception, it's still the standard across the board. It runs well on MacOS, is mostly reliable and each app inside it plays well with others.
Cons:
Pricey subscription model, average customer service and Adobe are prone to taking away important features at will, or changing all the shortcuts you ever knew and messing them up in the next release. Its hard to suggest that Adobe are customer-focussed.
Creative Collaboration Made Simple
Pros:
I love how simple the Adobe Creative Cloud makes it to collaborate with my team in new and unique ways. It streamlines the collaboration process.
Cons:
Adobe Creative Cloud and the products that fall within its usage can have a bit of a learning curve, so it is essential to utilize their training resources with your team!
Worth the annual subscription
Pros:
There are many features I use almost daily for design and administrative work. Adobe fonts is a great tool to find the font desired. Adobe Acrobat is great for e-signatures and agreements. Adobe Illustrator is what I use the most often. The best feature for the whole cloud is that there are regular updates to all of the products.
Cons:
There are times when the cloud unexpectedly signs out. This causes the fonts downloaded through the cloud to stop functioning, and you need to re-link the fonts again for the whole project.
It adds up but it's great.
Comments: Adobe Creative Cloud is convenient and easy to use. I like being able to locate all my Adobe apps quickly and easily and update them all through the cloud.
Pros:
I like that I can access all the creative tools in one easy place.
Cons:
I wish the subscriptions within Adobe Creative Cloud were a bit cheaper.
The best for Creators
Comments: I use Adobe Creative Cloud to manage subscriptions and install Adobe software
Pros:
Creative Cloud is very handy. I can easily switch between apps and sync the files with ease
Cons:
Hey, just wanted to say that the subscription cost seems to increase year by year
Creative cloud review
Comments: Overall I would not be performing at the same level in my career without this piece of software.
Pros:
The integration of all my favourite pieces of software. Also how well they work together.
Cons:
Sometimes some of the pieces of software can be buggy and you have to find work arounds.
The one and standard, waiting for a missing competitor
Comments: Adobe CC is the standard for creative production, but clearly the missing competition from a proper sized competitor has reduced innovation and code optimization
Pros:
It is the standard in creative production
Cons:
A layered pachyderm, increasingly slow for no apparent reason
Pro Graphic Design Tools
Comments: Overall very please with as a professional graphic designer these are my go-to programs and what most people in the industry use as well.
Pros:
I like that all of the programs are seamless and integrated together and easy to use together such as Photoshop and Illustrator and even the libraries connect which is nice when using brand assets
Cons:
The thing I like least about it is the price
The Gold Standard!
Comments: I've, overall, been using ACC for 10+ years and it's been absolutely essential in building my business and in the services we offer.
Pros:
It's the gold standard in the design industry. I trust it.
Cons:
It's expensive, and the collaborative tools on it are lacking, in my experience and opinion.
Adobe Creative Cloud is a great asset
Comments: Overall, I've had a very positive experience. I know I haven't even touched the surface of what is offered and the capabilities that Adobe offers, but what I do deal with has been great.
Pros:
Being able to have the products and my designs everywhere I go is a great asset.
Cons:
It is pricey if your company does not provide it.

*Almost* perfect with a few exceptions
Pros:
I’ve been a user of all of Adobe’s programs for 10+ years. If you are a creative type, anything you need to bring your vision to life is within one of their programs. Photoshop allows for advance photo manipulation, Lightroom is great for color correction, and Premier Pro is great for videographers.
Cons:
The price. If you are a hobbyist, the price can become a little steep at $59.99/mo.
Adobe Creative Cloud
Pros:
I like how Adobe Creative Cloud gives you access to all of Adobe's creative apps. It's great value for money, and it means I always have the latest versions of the software.
Cons:
I honestly can't think of any downsides to Adobe Creative Cloud. It's an essential tool for any creative professional.
Exploring Adobe Creative Cloud
Comments: Using Adobe Creative Cloud has greatly improved my photo editing skills. With powerful tools like Photoshop and Lightroom, I've achieved professional-quality results. While there's a learning curve, the all-in-one platform streamlines my workflow. Regular updates keep my work fresh, but the subscription cost and occasional customer support issues can be drawbacks. Nonetheless, Creative Cloud remains essential for my creative projects.
Pros:
All in one tools. Regular update Cloud storage Accessible anywhere
Cons:
Costly Subscription High system Requirements Customer Support is most difficult Internet Dependence:

Photographer: Can't live without Adobe Creative Cloud
Pros:
While there are other editing apps out there, Adobe Creative Cloud is the industry standard and offers everything I need to run my business from excellent photo editing software and the best software for design. I love that I pay for the entire suite each year and get everything for one price.
Cons:
I don't love the annual fee as I don't necessarily need the update each year.
Very nice and complete but a bit expensive
Comments: Overall I am happy, but I find it a very expensive option. I think there must be other programs on the market that do the same thing and are cheaper. If I want to use just one application, I don't need to pay for all the cloud applications, but it is more expensive to use just one than to have everything. I would like to have an easy and simple option to use only one or (maximum 2) and not have to pay the full price.
Pros:
It's all in one place, you can update the different versions from one place. That makes things easier.
Cons:
What is an advantage becomes a disadvantage, as everything is concentrated in the adobe cloud, and starting from the same hub with the different applications, when you have to make an update it takes too long and does not work well until you update an application you can not open or do anything with the other. I think it may also have to do with the version of my computer, memory ,processor, etc..
Scamming customers to pay monthly fees
Comments: I purchased a software cs6 disc 8 years ago. It's been working for 8 years. Now I get a pop up that it will be disabled unless I upgrade. This company is a scam. I have been in contact with them 7 times to resolve this issue. It has now become a form of harassment. Their customer support people are ignorant. Then they send you to self help. Not only have they wasted much of my time, but my websites and pictures are at stake. They are investigating non genuine software and using honest people to investigate. If you have this problem I suggest you contact the federal trade commission as they are fraudulent and trying to increase revenue illegally but threatening to disable a product you purchased. They can't suddenly disable a product I bought and ask for a monthly payment. It's a scam. I have CD's and DVD's and movies. They don't tell you after years you have to start paying for them monthly.
Pros:
nothing. the company has terrible ignorant customer service
Cons:
They will disable your software unless you pay a monthly fee
Non Existing Support - Creative Cloud
Pros:
worked for 8 years without problem but yesterday I had a big disappointment.
Cons:
For the fist time yesterday I had an issue, with the signature function. I contacted Adobes support chat and they support guy told me there was relationship problem between the Adobe Apps and that I had to clean the isssus away. He then proceeded to send me one long step-by-step instruction and one web page that was at least 5 pages long and told me I had to follow the instructions. I told him I needed help with the instructions but his response was that no help would be provided. I canceled my subscription the same day. Non-existing support should never be accepted by a long time client.

Love ir! Best of all
Comments: Love it! Love the way or assets are organized, love saving online documents and unfortunately I dont use to work collaboratively, but its a good feature.
Pros:
I love how Adobe grow with technology. The new IA features are down to earth. Completely useful to photo editing or just to improve a crop area.
Cons:
I don't like how expensive is to “normal users”.
Alternatives Considered:
Still One of the Best
Pros:
I'm a designer so I primarily work out of Illustrator. I've been using this tool over 10 years now and it's still one the best tools for custom graphics. It seems more economical to just pay for the entire suite, but I honestly don't use all of the tools within it everyday. I periodically need to use other tools like Photoshop to make mockups, so for me it's worth it to just have the entire suite handy. There is a comprehensive library of resources available within Adobe so you can learn how to use each of the tools properly and of course you can pick up on different tricks and hacks on platforms like YouTube.
Cons:
Because most of the tools in the suite are primarily designed with trained professionals in mind there is a learning curve, so you have to be willing to invest time into learning how to properly use each of the tools. While Adobe is starting to offer more of the quick, easy-to-learn tools, the majority of the tools available in the suite require more in-depth training. So if you're not invested in developing a skill for the long-term, there are likely easier tools outside of creative cloud that you can use for whatever project you're working on.
Advantages of Adobe Creative Cloud
Comments: If you install a management program called Creative Cloud Desktop, you can choose what you want from 20 programs and install it immediately. Depending on the update settings, it is very easy to manage because you can always keep the latest version or update only when you want.
Pros:
A strong advantage is that you can sync files to easily find the files you've worked on wherever you go through the cloud.
Cons:
Since this program provides services through a subscription method, the cost burden is high in the long run.
