> **Pros**: Nowbookit is an intuitive and well-rounded bookings platform. We run our day-to-day restaurant bookings, functions, pre-paid events and large format events off the one platform. We also utilize the voucher capability to manage all of our gift and complimentary vouchers.

> **Cons**: The only negative aspect of Nowbookit is my own personal lack of capability. I'm sure the platform has a range of functionality we don't utilize due to not having the knowledge on how to use it efficiently. That said, the help desk is super efficient and knowledgeable.

> Nowbookit is an excellent platform that caters to everything we could ever wish for in a bookings management system.

We can have customers pre pay for events or deals 
its great how you can add events \& offers.

> **Cons**: We would like to be able to have a visual add to blocking tables. So when a table is not bookable it can be seen.  

The notification you see on your computer when a booking has been made , has the name \& time... it needs to also have the day \& date,  this would help to keep our bookings inline \& managed well
