> **Pros**: All consignments are managed in one database. POD collection / upload process is good. Better than paying multiple staff to organise data.

> **Cons**: - Support - you have to pay for support on product issues / app issues. Unresponsive most of the time.
- Lots of toggles in the website - some don't actually do anything i.e., "Ignore Cubic Weight" toggle in invoicing. 
-  CSV export to Xero has been in the works for years - no action. Would make life much easier.
