"Intuitive and easy to use"

Comments: Very good. Responsive to queries.

Pros: This is an intuitive CRM. Easy to navigate and use. I found I was able to set up what I needed in a relatively short space of time.

Cons: Occasionally when logging on there is a lag in loading. Once logged-in everything works efficiently and speedily.
