> **Pros**: As a new studio owner it helped me to put structure around how i take bookings, receive payments, track my membership and manage marketing. The team were extremely helpful in walking me through the setup process and always on hand if i have any issues or don't know how to do something.

> **Cons**: Initially the cost was a concern for me as i was starting with $0 revenue, i feel that the functionality and service has proved to be worthwhile, and now i consider the platform to be good value for money.

The platform is also more cost-effective for our needs, and local payment options like PayNow and GrabPay are convenient for our members. ClassPass integration runs smoothly, and the staff payroll feature helps simplify internal admin and payments.
